Stylish celebrities at Heeramandi premiere - Alia Bhatt to Aditi Rao Hydri

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's debut online series, ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar,’ had a grand premiere night, filled with Bollywood stars. The event, held on Wednesday in Mumbai, saw celebrities like Salman Khan, Rekha, Mrunal Thakur, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal showing their support for Bhansali and his team. Most of the celebs arrived in traditional attire, adding glamour to the red carpet.

Alia Bhatt graced the Heeramandi premiere in an ivory sharara outfit, adorned with large drop earrings and a bindi. She posed with her mother, Soni Razdan, and mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor. Alia had previously collaborated with Bhansali on ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi,’ winning her first National Award. She is set to work with him again on ‘Love and War,’ alongside Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor.

Salman Khan caught attention with his casual yet stylish attire, wearing white patterned trousers and a black shirt. He arrived alone at the event, exuding charm for the cameras.

Meanwhile, ‘Heeramandi’ star Aditi Rao Hydari attended the premiere with her fiancé Siddharth. Aditi looked stunning in an ethnic gown, complemented by long earrings, while Siddharth looked dashing in a black traditional suit. The best dressed couple happily posed for photographs, holding hands as they entered the screening venue.

‘Heeramandi - The Diamond Bazaar’ is set during India's freedom struggle in the 1940s, promising a captivating tale of love, power, retribution, and freedom. Exploring the lives of courtesans and their patrons, the series highlights the cultural reality of Heeramandi.

The show features a talented ensemble cast, including Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Fardeen Khan, and more. Scheduled for release on May 1, ‘Heeramandi’ is anticipated to be a riveting addition to the digital entertainment landscape.
